I'm a photographer whose work is deeply shaped by my experiences, both as an artist and as a mother. I was born and raised in Mexico City, where my passion for visual storytelling was sparked by the vibrant culture and diverse environments around me. After moving to Chicago and later to the New York City area, I continued to refine my craft, drawing inspiration from the energy of the city and the beauty of the natural world.
I've always loved connecting with people, and I find my greatest joy in portraiture. For me, photography is about more than just capturing an image—it's about building a connection with my subjects and revealing their authentic selves.
Over the years, my work has evolved, especially after becoming a mother. Motherhood has been a transformative experience that deepened my understanding of emotion, connection, and vulnerability—qualities I now bring to every portrait I create. My photography blends technical skill with heartfelt emotion and growing empathy, making each image not just a reflection of what’s seen, but also of what’s felt.
My mantra: Go for a walk. Make some time and find a way.
